These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Yuktar's website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to the organization.

Yuktar provides tools for lead discovery, enrichment, scoring, list management, marketing context, and outreach preparation, including optional AI-assisted features and third-party integrations. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practical.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

Certain features consume credits or require a paid plan. Prices, credit consumption, and pack sizes are shown in the Service and may change with notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are consumed or a billing period has started. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive outreach
• Violate anti-spam, privacy, or telemarketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local equivalents)
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute lead data in breach of provider or platform terms
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
• Upload malware or interfere with the Service's operation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in campaigns sent via connected channels

You are solely responsible for the legality of your searches, messages, and use of contact data. Yuktar does not provide legal advice.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Yuktar a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed for content you provide and that its use through Yuktar does not infringe third-party rights.

The Service may integrate with or link to third parties (lead databases, AI providers, WhatsApp/Meta, payment gateways, and others). Those services are governed by their own terms. Yuktar is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or actions. Enabling an integration constitutes your authorization for us to exchange data as needed to operate it.

AI-generated scores, summaries, and suggestions are provided for assistance only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review outputs before relying on them for business or compliance decisions. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not permitted to process.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LEAD DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR VERIFIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUKTAR AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO YUKTAR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.

You will defend and indemnify Yuktar against claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, your outreach activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by law.

We may revise these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
